  • Can I switch between plans?

    Yes, you can switch plans at any time. If you’re on the Free Plan and want to host a larger event, you can upgrade to the Pay-per-Event or Pro Plan. You can also downgrade or cancel at any time.

  • Do I need to enter my credit card information for the Free Plan?

    No, the Free Plan does not require any credit card information. You will only need to provide payment details if you upgrade to a paid plan.

  • What happens if I exceed the guest limit on the Free Plan?

    If you exceed the 30-guest limit on the Free Plan, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to the Pay-Per-Event or Pro Plan before you can send additional invites.

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    No, the pricing for each plan is straightforward with no hidden fees. The Pay-Per-Event Plan is a one-time fee, and the Pro Plan is a recurring monthly subscription. By law, we do charge taxes which are governed by your local government.

  • How does the Pay-Per-Event Plan work?

    With the Pay-Per-Event Plan, you pay $5.99 to host a single event with up to 1,500 guests. You can see the additional list of features that are available for Pay-Per-Event Plan above.

  • What if I need to host more than one event on the Free Plan?

    On the Free Plan, you can only host as many events as you like, but each event will have a maximum guestlist of 30 people.

  • Is there a limit on the number of events I can create with the Pro Plan?

    No, the Pro Plan allows you to create and host an unlimited number of events with unlimited guests each month.

  • Can I cancel my Pro Plan subscription at any time?

    Yes, you can cancel your Pro Plan subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will still have access to the Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Can I get a refund if I cancel an event?

    Refunds are not available for events that have already been created and paid for under the Pay-Per-Event Plan.

  • How do I upgrade to the Pro Plan?

    You can upgrade to the Pro Plan directly from your account dashboard by clicking on your profile in the top right menu, and selecting ‘Plans’ or you can click the “Go Pro” button anywhere on our site - they are everywhere…including here → Go Pro

  • Is there a trial period for the Pro Plan?

    Yes, we have a 7-day free trail period, but at 1am on the 8th day, if you don’t cancel your plan, we will charge your credit card $19.99.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments through secure online payment gateways like PayPal.

  • Can I use the platform for both personal and business events?

    Yes, our platform is designed to accommodate both personal and business events, regardless of the plan you choose.

  • Are there any discounts for the Pro Plan if I pay annually?

    We currently offer the Pro Plan on a monthly basis, but stay tuned for future updates as we may introduce annual payment options with discounts.

  • Can I customize my event invitations?

    No, currently we don’t offer customization on our event invitations, but we are working hard to offer this feature to all of our hosts in the near future.

  • What happens if I downgrade from the Pro Plan?

    If you downgrade from the Pro Plan, any active events with more than 30 guests will need to be either upgraded or ended. You will also lose access to unlimited events and guest invitations after the current billing period ends.

  • How are guest RSVPs handled?

    All guest RSVPs are tracked in real-time, and you can monitor responses directly through your guest tracking feature found on each event page.

  • Can I add more guests after sending out invitations?

    Yes, you can add more guests to your event at any time, but you must stay within the guest limits of your selected plan.

  • Is there customer support available if I have issues with my event?

    Yes, we provide customer support for all plans. Pro Plan users have access to priority support, while Free and Pay-per-Event users can still reach us at support@heycomethru.com for assistance with their events.
